Response SLA: We review all messages and prioritize data discrepancy reports within 24 to 48 hours.

Reporting a data correction or access update

StockedWaters mirrors what state wildlife agencies publish. When reporting a discrepancy, please include:

• The waterbody page URL or waterbody name and state
• What looks incorrect (a stocking date, fish species, count, or coordinates)
• Any local access updates (e.g., boat ramp closure, road washout, or winter gate status)
• A link to the official state agency record showing the updated data, if available

If a figure on our site disagrees with an agency's published record, the agency is the authority — tell us and we will trace it back through our ingestion pipeline and update our records.
